How can I easily and quickly make a tension wrench and a rake?

@Frostyafro33 well you can always try a paper clip and the clip of a pen but i dont like that method because the paperclip bends way too easily for a rake.. i suggest buying some hacksaw blades and a grinder and doing it that way take a look at some of the stuff i made...

@marrriiaaa123 its basically bypassing it by shimming it.. and they make a special tools for it. but if your locked out.. and only have a thin card.. (credit, library or an old id) you can use it on a regular house lock.. (please note that this method WIIL NOT WORK ON DEAD BOLT)) i use a card before and it worked.. it workes best with a door that has a small gap.. between the frame and the door itself..

@douglas0929 or some one such as myself who is about to recieve their locksmith certificate.. i agree with doug.. if you rake it.. ya someone might here it.. id use circular tension device along with shoor hook, snake rake.. or better yet a pick gun.. or bump keys.. and whala im in.. =)

@douglas0929 he was right about using a plug spinner.. if you screwed up.. and pick in wrong direction.. =( which sucks.. always turn in the direction of the hinges..

It's easier and faster to use superbumpkeys to open locked doors than to pick them. I got some for 2 bucks each online at superbumpkeys. Com and they worked great.

You never mentioned to your public that this (Kwikset) doorknob cylinder was placed in an upside-down postion, so that you were tensioning and the top and raking the bottom.

Normally it would be rightside-up and the activities would be the reverse. Also, if picked in the wrong direction, you'd have to "spin" the plug to turn the doorknob, even though the cylinder was picked. Do you know these things?

Wish i had the skills to open locks and doors like that, but i SUCKED so i got some Superbumpkeys and they helped me open just about anything from doors to masterlocks in just seconds. best thing is they only cost 2 freaking bucks. thats like 2 sodas at the vending machine that i can now open.

i bought some superbumpkeys too, and they really worked but its no fun if its to easy, its like finding an open lock. the fun part is picking it and seeing if you can open it. but with superbumpkeys your pretty much guaranteed to open the freaking lock.

i tried to pick some locks but i couldnt and just found it alot easier to open the locks with superbumpkeys. all i had to do is just bump the key into the lock and it would open it. plus i got the key for 2 bucks. the web site was superbumpkeys. com

My advice, use a hook pick or a diamond pick. Raking is the bare basics and it wears down the pins
