I have a class 3 mp5, I had to pay the 1 time fee and they are allowed to come to the house and see the weapon at any time they demand! Just the weapon, once they see it and the license then they thank me and move on down the road. The one time they came by they was here for 5 minutes max. That consists of paying a $500 yearly tax, and being constantly stalked, and enterviewed by the government... They can demand that you have a meeting with them at any time. It's not the President's decision. Congress would have to come up with the bill first, and both parties (and the independents and 3rd partiers, since they'll always side with whatever the 2 main parties say anyway) hate guns so much that will never happen. :(
