  • they had stoll your film ww.youtube.com/watch?v=qUcQ4AHhr5M&feature=related

  • To build something like this you must have worked on a drilling rig before. Looks awesome great work but where's the BOP? ;)

  • That's a good looking rig! You should draw up the plans & sell them on eBay. Looks like you're using hydraulic power for the drill head and the winch at least. I'd really like to see the details of the power setup and what kind of drill head you're using.

  • nice work

  • badunclebob? Yeah, I bet you let that kid play with your drill all the time.

  • lol, sick dude! I work for a drilling company and I thought of buliding one for the hell of it. Nice machine!

  • sweet how deep will she go

  • check out my ol rig in the searchbox type in jvrigman

  • LOL What, we don't get to see a connection?!

  • I wish I could hire you to come drill a well in my yard. My city sold the water system to a "national" private company and they are ripping us off. Your system looks great.

  • Awesome !

  • That won't drill through the bedrock. Not enough weight or strong enough pulldowns. So you won't get to the good water.

  • Dude, I currently have the absolute best water I've ever had anywhere I have lived. Best tasting and no rust or lime deposits. Oh ya the well is only 35' deep and didn't have to drill through any bedrock and yes it's been tested.

  • @97TJ

lol in my country, you need to go about 80 to 200 metres to even find water let alone sink a bore,

  • BS,... it depends on the local hydrology.

  • the well is in service at this moment and it is probably the best water i have had. please dont say shit you dont know

  • What did you use for the bit-box and bit?

  • That's one of the coolist things I have ever seen!

  • Awesome.

  • Where's you hard hat? lol

  • Not as silly as it sounds.

It would be a good idea to get a hard hat young man, even if it only keeps splashes of mud out of your hair.

    You'll look the part too.

    Yer doin' a great job.

  • Smallest top drive I've ever seen.

  • Great Rig!! Nice work.

  • How much did it cost to build that thing?

  • Im sure it was more than it would cost to hire a real well driller to put a well in

  • You totally miss the point of this idea.

  • It cost way less to build then a "real well driller" would. We built it out of metal from the junk yard down the road. And i am the one running it i had quite a bit more experience on a well drilling rig than you have buddy so y dont you just mind your own busness

  • Wrong

  • @TomasDavis01 Hell yeah you tell him

  • @TomasDavis01 You tell him

  • @TomasDavis01........experience????? you cant be older than 15! what experience could you have at that age?

anyway what were you drilling for?

  • @goodcat1982 im 16... i ran that thing all summer... i would like to see you drill a well with it.... we were drilling a water well in this video... not for minerals or gases...

  • thats neat!
