To find a REALLY big area that is safe to drift (safe not to get caught by the police within 2 minutes) is a bit of a problem in Germany...we don`t have the big roundabout traffics like for example in France. I`ve been there in May and it was Drifter`s Nirvana - really, a million roundabout traffics, at least 1/3 of them having two lanes - just fantastic :-)
Perhaps we will get some more roundabouts here in Germany soon :-)))
I always thinking that in Germany is one of the greatest country if goes about roads...
If goes about me then I really likes roads in KSA.All this highways and wide tracks...something beautiful, but this is impossible to building that streets in Poland. Here You must be a expert to drift without crash because of too narrow roads.Unpleasant but real.
Yeah, the roads are mostly in a pretty good condition here in Germany. And we are allowed to drive as fast as the car goes on the german Autobahn (not too often any more...but anyway ;-) BUT - we have NO roundabout traffics...and that is the basis to start drifting...perhaps I will book a training lesson at the end of August on the Hockenheimring - legally drifting would be a good thing for a change ;-)))
My coupe have 2.0l 6cyl. engine and I have satisfaction, but next time I want to buy 2.5L version ,because I heard that is a really good and have more power:)
It's hard to buy a car with excellent condition but I still see a good E30 on the streets:)
Before I found this 325 E30 I had a 318is E30 (136 hp). And that car was CRAP compared to this one. This 325 REALLY goes, really way better than the 318is. And I am used to drive strong cars (until march 2008 I had a Speedster Turbo, now I have additionally to the 325 E30 a E36 328 Convertible with some mods releasing around 215 HP).
Here in Germany we have lots of cheap 325 E30. Most of them are in a poor condition (like mine) but they are cheap and getting them to drift is really easy.
You should to find a bigger area and doing longer slides and circle:)
