I think I once watched a BoA documentary years ago when she explained she learned to sing so well live by the training she had to endure--she would have to sing at full strength while doing cardio all while keeping her voice stable.
NOW, she sings the ENTIRE song flawlessly while dancing, but many girl groups can't even get out one line each without sounding like they're dying. ALL of K-Pop needs to take after BoA in general, lol.
