As a health care professional, I STRONGLY feel the scientists and military personnel involved in MKULTRA belong in jail for their crimes against humanity. This documentary doesn't come close to telling the horrors involved. As disturbing as it is, I continue to educate myself on this topic. It is horrible. God bless and comfort these victims.
