@logik316 I worked as a Substitute Teacher in Los Angeles for over 10 years and children don’t suck when they act reasonably well. I actually love children which is one of the reasons I did these videos; to make them safer.
@logik316 Agreed. I just took a Spanish Class at a local community college in which the students actually wanted to be there. Needless to say we were far better behaved than many of the students I worked with who inspired these videos.
Thank you for watching my videos and commenting on them. I hope you can take the time to watch the others.
Respond to this video... Agreed. I just took a Spanish Class at a local community college in which the students actually wanted to be there. Needless to say we were far better behaved than many of the students I worked with who inspired these videos.

Good parents like yourselves are precisely what I/we need to address a real issue. Thank you for your active participation. Please tell your friends. I genuinely want to fix the schools by making them safe from this nonsense. Its my understanding part of the problem is the school district lost a law suit or two and now refuses to enforce discipline for fear of a another law suit. They need to be as concerned by good parents like yourself.
Thanks for giving me another shot. As I'm sure you can tell the production qualify of my videos is vastly improved since your earlier comment; I went back and checked.
Hopefully this video, and others in a series I'm working on will help your situation. Once I saw the video of the female school bus driver being beaten by a teenage student about a week after I released my Student Behavior video I decided to do a series on the topic. The clip of the beating will be near the video's front.
I now know what the kid who attacked the drivers priors are, and what disciplinary action is being taken.
I also have the uncensored video from the Kalamazoo Township P.D. via a freedom of information act request so you can hear and see what the driver said or did that may have provoked the student. It's all in my, "Kalamazoo Michigan Bus Driver Attack Follow Up," video.
NOTHING that driver said provoked a violent response. At worst the student should have reported anything inappropriate to the principal of the school. Somehow I doubt that's what we're talking about, though.
I am working on an improved video to the one you saw regarding the Kalamazoo issue. A friend with allot of television experience pointed out some of the points I'm trying to make aren't as obvious as they need to be. In other words others may not realize I'm trying to point out items such as this kid is appears to be getting far too easily.
Hopefully I'll have it fixed tonight and I'll send you a YouTube reminder.
I just finished my, "Kalamazoo Michigan Student Getting Away With Murder 10 Years After Columbine: Student Behavior," YouTube. I am now fully able to address ALL aspects of the 16 year-old Student who attacked the bus driver about a month and a half ago. And, I did my homework so I know for a fact this situation closely paralells the situation in columbine.
His arraignment is early May 2009. It's not too late to act on this one.
Thank you soo much for taking the time to watch my video and leaving such a supporting comment.
Years ago the school district lost a law sute filed by a parent. Now they are terrified of the parents; who have very little to loose when they sew the district. Teachers have a lot to loose if we sew our employers.
A week ago Thursday a student was caught on tape violently beating a female school bus driver. I've got it on DVR and I will include it in my next 2 YouTubes.
Thanks for inviting me to comment. First off, thank you for teaching. You're not paid what you're worth, and that's TRAGIC.
It OUGHT not to be your job to lower the boom on the kids, the parents ought to be keeping the kids in line OUTSIDE the school (before and after class). But when THEY won't, you OUGHT to kick ass knowing your admins are BACKING you up. maybe a teachers defense fund ?
I blame stupidity and incompetence on the part of administrators for tying teachers hands.
Sorry for any inconvenience the second email may cause. Unfortunately I'm only allowed 500 characters with each response.
I would however greatly appreciate knowing how you found out about my video. I have spent a tremendous amount of time and effort producing and promoting this video. I would love to know what I did correctly that drew you to it. Please recomomend this to others.
I left you a salty reply on another video about Obama's position on abortion, before having heard the whole thing and realizing you were being much fairer to him than I was hearing in the first few seconds. So when you invited me to this vid, I wanted to hear it all out, first.
My politics notwithstanding, I have serious issues with the public school system. The wife and I home school, and too short a space to talk it, here, but I know the nature of the pub. school "jungle".
I honestly thought the first comment was a prank, which is the ONLY reason I deleted it.
Having said that, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and try to address it. I thought the lighting was a really cool bright blue. As it turns out it makes my face far too bright. I will also admit this is a heavy topic. I tried to make the presentation as pleasant as possible, but that can be difficult when dealing with topics like this.
I'll have to think about recommending this to my friends. I'm not sure the subject would interest them. They are not teachers.
Also, I seem to remember there having been a comment above mine -- it appears to have been deleted -- about how your presentation scared a viewer. I cannot remember exactly what he said but I think he was really frightened. That is not good. And I would not want to send it to friends who might be put off.
What do you think it is about yourself that inspires fear?
This past Thursday, March 5, 2009 I saw a clip of a school bus driver who was beaten by a teenage boy. In my opinion this is exactly what I'm trying to address with my video. If you saw that video I think you would understand why my presentation was so serious, and could scare someone.
If I have to I can reshoot the video and fix that problem, but if I do I loose ALL the views I currently have, and your valuable comments.
How did you find my video? I would really appreciate knowing.
I apologize for 3 responses. Unfortunately I am limited to 500 characters in each response, but this is important.
Even if your friends are not teachers this is important to them if they have, or may some time have, school age children. If their children attend public schools and face fellow classmates doing these things to them they want to know the school will protect their children. Currently their children are NOT safe in my opinion. That's why this video could interest a non teacher.
I have successfully address the ighting problems that may have inspired fear in the earlier video. I now have a follow up video titled, "Student Behavior-Female School Bus Driver Violently Beaten by Male Student." I will caution you it includes a clip of a violent act committed by a student, but it's part of the story.
I just marked the follow up Student Behavior video public so you can now see it. Please let me know what you think. The lighting issue has been fixed so I'm pretty sure this won't scare anyone.
I am a teacher, and obviously one who has a slight spelling issue. I will be honest with you I spent allot of time on this one, and when you do you tend to loose your ability to be objective; even thought I did get feedback from some experienced friends before I released it.
I hope you will recommend this to your friends. I'm trying to make a positive impact in a crucial issue.
No, I am not a teacher. Are you? No offense, but I notice you've misspelled the word "principal." You've spelled it "principle" -- and right in front of the Time Magazine cover you feature where it is spelled correctly. Shame on you.
Yes, I will admit to wearing fake bake. In past videos I had a major problem with a bright spot on my forehead. Under the harsh light if I don't put on something basic I look like a ghost. Obviously this is an area I need to improve.
You said it's a nice video. Do you teach, or do you just appreciate the message and overall production quality? Just curious.
