Are you sure that this is for beginners? Not sure about the very last forward & back bending positions. Are there not any alternative positions that can be done?
This was seriously amazing, when somebody interuppts me from yoga, I get kind of mad, I always go to your videos first, I have a playlist for me of your videos. I rarely watch TV anymore, witch is obviously a good thing. Yoga is an amazing thing, and thinking of being a yoga instructor once i get through, you know everything. I want to really know yoga before I teach it.

BTW when you mentioned the Tibetan rites did you mean all of them were meant for equilibrium and mental balance or just a specific pose? I found it a bit hard on the shoulders and neck. So I made sure not to add tension when bringing the ear towards shoulder. also I added a down-up facing dog, child pose, and some stretching of the shoulders when I was done.

Thank you for posting the movements. It's very interesting. The movement puching someone on the side is good though because it helped me to set in order one of my vertebra. It make me feel good. Sometimes punching could be use as self defense to protect ourself...hehe. Thank you for wishing everyone to increase the energy naturally and also to balance mind and spirit. Namasté

Hands clenched behind you and lean foward? I think you're overestimating your viewers abilities.
I loved the explinations of origin of movements. Maybe introduce more philiophy?
