Can someone tell me why some marshalls works in the ground and some others like in the video works up in stairs?

@josegbo going up the ladder is more convenient because the pilot can see you clearly, some don't do this because they don't care about the comfort o the pilot

Very nice marshalling - but I would insist that the guys with the chocs backed off whilst the aircraft was taxying onto stand. You can't be too careful !

@Supergengaming frankly it doesnt work like that if you apply for this job you will be ground crew only, to be a pilot you have to go through exams and follow the course all the way through, if you wanna fly the heavy's you will have to work up from a dash 8, then crj, then 737 then, you can go for them but that takes alot of time normally it takes until your 50 to get in these giants, i hope i have helped you with this short explanation.

@bo31n9 yes! you are 100% right bo31n9! i had to fly the dash 8 for a long time until i could fly the 737! but i didnt really like the 737 so i took some courses and started flying the CRJ-200 then a i worked my way up to the CRJ-900 and i am really happy where im at now, i eventually want to fly private jets, and i am 35 by the way
