Naawa rin ako sayo dahil iniisip mo na pagkat magaling ako mag-ingles, mahina naman ako magtagalog. At karapatan ko naman magreklamo bilang kliente nila, sa aking opinyon. Brat ba ako? Maaari nga. Pero sila naman ay mahina sa customer service (See part 1 again).
