Kit Fisto is Shii cho master, which is a defensive style that focuses on disarming. Jedi's with aggressive lightsaber styles tent to have trouble with Grevious because his cybernetics give him unlimited attack speed.

watch the clone wars animated series. the old one. you will get the understanding. at chapter 20 general grievious is fight 6 jedis. one master (ki-adi mundi). one padawan. 2 jedi knight I dont know whos names are. and two jedis we know who are aayla secura and shaak ti. they fight grievious and three die. the two jedi knights who we dont know, and the padawan. (obviously the padawan dies first). in volume two the arc troopers save ki-adi mundi, shaak ti, and aayla secura.

Sifodias used to be a jedi he was the jedi representative in alot of the politics and diplomat situations so dooku was able to manipulate him make a long story short he was decieved and killed by dooku then he's mind transplanted into grievous body

No, it's Greivous' own brain and organs transplanted. Dooku used some of Sifo's blood in an attempt to make him force-sensitive but it didn't work in the way he wanted. And he was a Jedi back in the day, but was betrayed by Dooku. The clone army was his order, but I don't know why.

Lol yea dooku then he was decieved n killed by dooku and transplanted into grievous who was a fighter from another planet but thats another story

the only thing transferred from sifodias was a portion of his blood like said below, everything grievous physically has is his own, he was a WARLORD that dooku 'chose' to be general of his army,

Na man, I would also have to say that the movies don't do the Jedi's true abilities real justice. I mean look at how stiff Mace Windu looks in the movies while hes dueling Darth Sidious. Mace is the creator and master of a lightsaber called Vaapad that uses ferocity. Ferocity! As an avid SW fan, I must say that stiff and old Samuel L. Jackson did not depict Mace as fighting with ferociousness. If that were the case, his movements would be extremely rapid and erratic.
