how could u tell that the plane got struck? thank god everyone's ok

We heard a banging noise. I also saw lightning around the outside of the plane around the wings. I do not think that it is dangerous at all.

@NickHayashi It's not dangerous simply because the plane isn't grounded. All commercial airline aircraft are specially designed to let lightning strikes "slide" from it and continue their destination to the ground.

looked like a smooth flight, happy flying :)
Actually, it was very bumpy toward Okinawa. Our plane was struck by lightning.
