i got my army clothes back but i did not get my safe house back.

and gta sa u dont lose ur house but u lose ur hood until the mission home coming.

and in gta sa u get a new safe house tenpenny gives u between angel pine and whestone.

u can take over businesses and gta sa u can take over territories.
