What really torques me is that Capcom never brought any of the other major characters back in later Resident Evil games like Barry, Rebecca, Billy, and Carlos and even Sherry. All of these characters were in the thick of the story and the events that led to the demise of Raccoon City. Billy could be considered in the thick of it as well with that Academy/Research Center in RE0. ARGH WHY CAPCOM, WHY?! Oh, and the video is amazing as well :)
