  • in your recipe, above, you maybe could put you added another egg. It is good; I made them! -- Last year I made cookies from this mix, and added white chips, and it also was great

  • Yum, yum, yummy!! These look so delicious Miss.Noreen. Thanks for sharing the recipe and all your wonderful advice. I've so been looking forward to your holiday tips and recipes this season! Keep up the excellent work.

  • Oooo Wheres the video making donuts out of cake mix?!

  • What a low life that person is who blocked you. I love this vid--but no love button, so i liked it, and shared on my fb page. Take that you......................ok,, i wont stoop to their level! Keep it up noreen and rick!

  • @quilterinthewoods62 You would be very surprised to know who that person is! Very popular youtube cook.

  • Love this and so easy!! You are awesome!!

  • Gonna make these with the kiddies on Halloween thank yu for this recipe...:) thumbs up...:)

  • Excellent!!!!

  • Quick Noreen, need your help! I just got home from a day away, and just heard that a big storm is coming tonight. DH is away, and he's normally the one who would be calm and prepare. What are a couple things I should be doing just in case?

  • @totallyteresa100 The first thing is to remain calm. Make sure you have enough water, candles, canned food such as soups and stews, some bread and peanut butter, a way to cook such as a propane stove. Do not use a charcoal grill in the house. If you use a propane campstove in the house, please make sure you have proper ventilation. If you have a fire place or wood stove, bring in some wood and start a fire. If you still have power or gas, cook something so you will have it if you lose power

  • @totallyteresa100 #2 Like some soup or a pot of chili. You can just leave it in the pot on the stove, covered. Get your flashlights out. Fill a bathtub with water so you can flush your toilets if you lose your running water. If you lose power, keep your freezer closed, if the power is off for more than one day prepare to have coolers available for your food. Make sure you have enough batteries. make sure all your laundry is done so you have clean clothes. Take a shower so you are clean.

  • @totallyteresa100 #3 I know that seems like a lot, but anything you can do now will help later. if you don't end needing it, at least it's been a good fire drill and you can decide if you need to do other things in preparation for the next time. Rick says make sure you know where your books and games are because you and your kids will get bored. Make sure you have any over the counter and prescription meds you may need. FILL YOUR GAS TANK!!! Fill a couple gas cans.

  • @totallyteresa100 #4 I'm just going off the top of my head here. Stay warm. If you lose power and you are getting down to freezing temps in your area and you are not able to heat your home with your standard source of heat, please make sure to keep your core body temp warm. Hypothermia can set in quickly. Keep a hat on, we lose an inordinate amount of heat through the top of our head. I am just thinking worst case scenario here. I hope that helps and just stay calm. We are here to help.

  • What a great twist on brownies. I will be making these for my friend Theresa!

  • I saw that Rick!!! Love you both!!

  • Yess! Another great recipe! Thank you!

  • F the disliker! Enable ratings and I will click the thumbs up every time I watch one of your vids. I can't stand nasty-acting, hateful people who just like to hurt other's feelings.

  • @blairseybell Thank you, I have re-enabled the ratings! I won't let them bother me. Noreen : )

  • Noreen, you are a Goddess!! love this recipe.

  • I love red velvet too, this is such a cool idea... Could you use this same recipe with a different flavored cake mix?

  • I love how Rick taped himself stealing the chocolate chips hehehehehe

  • I could almost smell the brownies.... I so enjoy your videos. Thank you!

  • Wow! Great Idea!

  • haha i love that your husband is sneaking chocolate chips!

  • Yummy!

  • Hi Noreen, I always give you a "thumbs up" and since the ratings are disabled, I'm here to give you a big thank you and TWO thumbs up! ;o)

  • I wish the rating wasn't disabled. I always gave Noreen a big appreciated like on the like-button, and if the recipe is enchanted with her own secretive ways of doing it, it will go to my favorites, and be at the front display for my channel (: I love you Noreen.

  • @BarlowEnter Thank you for your kind comment! I have decided to disable the ratings on my videos because I think it is sad when people decide to thumbs down for silly reasons. Like they don't like red velvet cake for instance. I also have someone who dislikes every one of my videos. I know who it is. They have blocked me from their channel. It is the only channel I have ever been blocked from. I will not give them the satisfaction of playing with me. People can leave a comment and enjoy!

  • @atticus9799 By disabling the ratings you are making it harder for people to find your videos. The more thumbs up you get the higher on the Youtube page your videos get. You get more Likes than Dislikes anyways so I'm not sure why it's a big deal. EVERY popular Youtuber gets Dislikes.

  • @Aurorified Thank you for the valuable information. I am still learning this analytics stuff. I have re-enabled the ratings. I won't let them bother me. Noreen : )

  • @atticus9799 Awesome! I'm so glad :D

  • @BarlowEnter I second that!

  • @BarlowEnter I have re-enabled the ratings. I won't let the haters bother me. : )

  • I truly would have never thought of Red Velvet Brownies...Cool, idea looks so Yummy!

  • They look gorgeous Noreen, job well done. One question my aunty always told me to toss chocolate chips in flour before adding them to any batter, i was wondering if you do this or not, or if is even necessary?

    Thanks again,

    Love from Ireland,

    Shane
