I have the tokyopop DVDs of Initial D and I gotta say that I change the audio to japanese because of the crappy intro. I liked the original song more than that initialize crap. initial drive, initial dream, initial drift? what the fuck was that?

ok, for me the gameplay is a important thing no matter witch game we are talking about ..but when I got my hands on this game, the dissapointment were huge..but hey, It does look pretty on my wall, and because I have it in my collection :P

I have no problems with the opening, it's fine, same as the anime. But the gameplay might be the worst in any Initial D games..
