  • in the kettle bell exercise at 24:5 your are really swinging. that isn't really good for anything but injury and maybe a little bit of power. and your abdominal exercises are terrible for the bk. you must keep a flat bk and there is no need to go up to your knees in the crunch. you seem very motivated with little corrections it will be safer and you will get more bang for your buck

  • LOL XD! Shadow boxing's like imaginary sparring =3. Basically, you can use that for your cardio days. What's great about it is, it's not isolated from "boxing" alone so, whatever your martial background is, you can use the techniques you've learned, & then shadow box from there. Kinda like cardio kickboxing from the known gyms XD.

  • fairly solid workout. from what i saw. Are you still getting exercises from gymnastics? IMO body-weight training is the way to go for parkour. keep it up

  • Thank you. Most of my workouts are fairly similar with a few alterations or different exercises. I took about 4-5 months off of gymnastics due to some personal issues and a car accident that I got into. I totally agree with you on the body-weight exercises. It's what I prefer. I love adding weight like the KB squats. Thanks again and hope you had a Merry Christmas =)

  • I hope you're taking care of you back, I was skipping through it because I don't find workout videos that interesting, I happened to notice that at least in the one where you're weaving the kettle around your legs in an 8 figure your back seems to be in a bad position. But if it doesn't affect you then it's all good but just keep in mind that you should have a good straight back when you do those, you might hurt yourself otherwise. Good job and take care.
