  • Jeeps are a dime a dozen. I would love to drive over an xj someday. And as for xj's getting better than 20 on the freeway, good luck. This scout is clean and nostalgic.

  • Thats a great scout ii i have a 76 scout in tj México

  • @alonsoname1 Thank you!

  • thats a great old scout i wouldnt go to far up the hill either thats a beautiful and those things are the best 4wd ever made

  • @IHmattIHmontana Exactly!

  • Wish my Scout looked that nice.. it's for sale if anyone wants it. 327 v8 needs some work but runs and drives! I have too many toys.. and a mean wife. = )

  • nice scout.. look better n the mud tho.. keep scouten

  • wow....thats was cool.......nice scout ...tho

  • No trust me... it could make it up alot steeper hills then that molehill. I had a 78 Scout II with a 345. These things are unstoppable.

  • my mog can go up and over an 8 foot wall of rock or concrete

if u don't believe me I'l send u the vid

(the vid isn't of my mog though)

  • Na thats where i stopped. To nice to throw rocks. I definatly dont want to chip it up.

  • @bgcustom Oh no, we would not want to get a 4X4 dirty, lmao. WTF ever. I have 10g into my Jeep XJ and I beat the shit out of it. Why have big tires, lockers, a lift, but not play with it; screw that, I build my for fun, not for show!

  • @kc8ntp Are you mentally challenged (aka retarded)? Its was a original scout set up for looks. We have trucks for the mud, but Im sure you didnt look at my other videos.... If you would have im sure you woulda posted in them. Lets see some videos of you tearing it up in that little baby xj..... and by tearing it up you do mean trail riding right? lol....

  • @bgcustom No, you are the retard, because why would anybody want something just for looks! I have restored many vehicles -- including several old Mopars -- and drove them the way they were meant to be. As far as my XJ, lets see any of those Scouts keep up with my XJ at Moab. The XJ is noted as being the best 4X4 ever made. Yes, I love the Scout and have had 3 of them, but none of them would keep up with my XJs (have had 7 of them), period. My XJ flexes like a boneless hooker on muscle relaxers!

  • @kc8ntp Yep brain dead, thats ok I forgive you for your ignorance....

People do it cause they then take the flawless scout and turn around and sell it for a huge profit to some idiot that then takes it out and beats the shit out of it if he chooses too.

    Anyways

Post up the vids of the xj i'd love to see it with the other 5million of them on the trail....

  • @bgcustom And, actually, I have seen just as many Scouts up here as I have Jeeps XJs. There really wasn't that many XJs made; compared to other 4X4s. I never insulted the Scout (like you did the XJ), since I rank it right up there as one of the best 4X4s ever made. I am not going to say they aren't awesome, just because you are an idiot. "Baby XJ": the XJ actually has a 1" longer wheelbase than the Scout II and only weighs 200lbs less, and has the same width, so I don't see that as being a baby!

  • @bgcustom The Scout II and Jeep XJ are very similar in size, but the XJ has attributes that help it to perform slightly better off-road. Plus, my Jeep with also do 0-60mph and 1/4-mile WAY quicker, has a much higher top-end, and the 4.0l actually produces much more low-end TQ. Not to mention, my XJ gets 26mpg on the highway with 3.5" of lift and 31X10.5s; when it was stock, I have gotten as good as 31mpg with Michelin 235/75R15 LTX MS2 tires.

  • That was a little incomplete, maybe it couldn't make it up the gravel haha
