Well, let's see, I have 2 lemon trees, an orange tree, a peach tree, & 3 cherry trees in my backyard, I wonder how many minutes I can run my whole house for?
i don't think the clips matter very much but it is very important what kind of LED you use. I can't recall exactly which type I used, but you need to find the lowest voltage LED's you can. Even more important that the voltage however is the current that the LED requires. You also need a very lower current (low amps) LED, because the circuit does not produce much current.
@simmy2109 The LED's probably won't directly have information printed on them about their current rating (amps). Look instead for LED's with very low numbers of Watts. Low Watts will mean a low voltage AND a low amperage, so it is exactly what you want.
Im having difficulty getting the LED to light up. I'm using pure solid colored alligator clips as opposed to the alternating ones that I see in your video (which are the ones that have one red end and one black end. Does that affect the outcome? If so...where can I buy them because I can't find them anywhere. Im also using a red 1.8volt LED instead of a clear one...does it also make a difference? Please I need your help.

100 batteries in series... Cause of death... electrocution by lemons. Heart failure.

But in Norway, 1 lemon is more expensive than a package (x2) of 1,5 V batteries.
