Thanks for the nice comments everyone... sorry for the long delay in responding to some of your questions. At Isla Blanca, most fly anglers use 8 or 9 weight fly rods. And yes, that is the Sage Largemouth BASS rod... we have found that it is the ultimate tool for fishing in tight cover where short accurate casts are a must. The day rate to hire a guide is $395 per day (one or two anglers)... see you on the water! Fish On!

went for the cudas there a couple of years ago was mint caught loads, quite big ones 2 15 pounders on 10 pound line fight like mad, scary wen they take near to the boat
