Keep on doin' what you're doin', Spencer. Showing the labels close-up is an invaluable service to all vinyl record collectors.
This one made the charts in late spring 1969, and you can hear Joey Levine's unmistakable "uh-uh-uh's" going into the instrumental break. My copy of this disc is on vinyl; yours is styrene with the stamped label.
They're your videos so u can put whatever u want on them. But I still wish u would go back to putting under the info section the year the record was released and how high it hit on the charts.
@WABCRADIO77 One possibly reasonable compromise would be to show the label after the song is over. It's easier to skip if it's at the end. That way, we could make some cool playlists, and all that would be required while playing the playlist is to skip to the next video once the song is over.
But hey, it's your channel, and your videos. You can do things however you like.
one of my songs from the year i was born i like.the first copy i had in 1982 i accidently broke it and i thought it would be a good while to find another copy.not long after i broke the45 i've found another copy in the summer of 1982 and i still got it.take my advice, please take care of your record collection espcecially the hard to find ones.thank you
Yes! This has the drums much louder than that of the stereo mix. The stereo mix is way to Weak for me.. This is way better! And, a little trivia, This song was also featured on the Banana Splits Tv show as the Banana Splits singing.. (Altho, of course, They did not)...
previously you posted that bell records had a pressing plant in mountainside nj. i grew up there and never new it exsisted. do you have any more info about it?
I agree that Radio Programmers should play this version! However, There is no oldies station in my area :( I sure am glad people like WABCRADIO&& are here on youtube to help!

Please keep showing the labels!

I read the labels and the writing in the run off grooves. If the formula works don't fix it.
Thanks for sharing your vast collection.

you should spend less time showing the labels. Oh yeah, FINGERS OFF THE GROOVES!

The label contains info not often found elsewhere (such as the writer, producer, etc )- which you don't get with MP3's.
But to skip the label on this video, just move the slider to the 13 second mark.
