How comes the pump has a grey bumper? Is that new or isit just a repair jobby?

For about the past 6 months replacement bumpers have been unpainted ie grey, so quite a few of the mark1s have grey bumpers now although its not connected with application of new livery.

Because the first machine is a Pump Ladder and the second is a Pump, which do not carry 135s
