PAL is for Europe and Australia only...

You if you have bought your Wii in USA wouldn't be able to play this version. But in the game there are no differences.

actually there are differences in metroid prime after you beat the omega pirate in the pal version fission metroids activate in pirate ruins. PAL version is a "clean" version cause in METROID Prime 3 there are no DAMNS

In the PAL version, there are some differences in enemy locations. For example after defeating the omega pirate in phazon mines, fission metroids appear there, whereas in the NTSC version of the game, fission metroids only appear in the Impact Crater.

@M17C4 Actually, there are differences. For example, only PAL and Trilogy have the complete version of Flaagrah's theme. Metroid 2002 contains a good list of them.
