but i think its not completely good for heavy games.

@KangoMKD i have this computer and i play sims 2 and sims 3 on it all the time. when u play its not full screen and the graphics arent that great. it works fine with games but it isnt meant for it

@KangoMKD it can handle any game i throw at it like battlefield 3, crysis 2 etc. when playing intense games it does get hot and sometimes overheat, but you can reduce this with a cooling pad

Hi, i have the dell insiron n5110 also im not real sure what went wrong but i had recieved mine about a month ago. I absolutely love it and i thinks its great but i tried to play gta iv on it and its says the graphics aren't at the best quality or some shit. i was wondering what graphics card yours had. If you know anything about computers, btw i had dell mess with it they were on for about an hour and it didnt work but any way, i would appreciate if someone could tell what driver or card to get

@BilalBilalBilal2 if you look at the back of the laptop just above where you put the power cord it there is a little button you press on the bottom of the back cover when it's closed. if that makes sense :3

Hello I have new N5110(i5) but I have problem with my blue tooth adopter.... blue tooth driver is installed successfully but showing the following error

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

can you please help me in solving this problem and I also have 1 other problem that I couldn't install nvidia drivers.

@sadafakram what graphics card do you have? are you installing the right ones from the website? as for the Bluetooth try reinstall the drivers I think the drivers came on the cd or you can get them from dells website

@sadafakram I had that with mine, I think all N5110s were initially affected. They've since released a driver update for the Bluetooth module, just go to the support section of the DELL website and get the Driver. Personally I uninstalled the Bluetooth Driver from DELL and Windows7 automatically installed a generic one (Generic Bluetooth Adapter), and it's worked fine, so I haven't needed the new driver at all.

Hey, I have this laptop and when I first got it, it played games excellently, but now it overheats like a BITCH and I swear it's going to melt a hole in my desk. It overheats so much that the computer lags. I have a laptop cooler that goes under it, but it does hardly any difference. Any help you could give me?

@OAWALKER If you bought a laptop for gaming youve got the wrong one, you need to go for the Dell XPS for good gaming, inspiron are for regular use and not for gaming and power, inspiron arent good with gaming performance.

(i3) i5 or i7 CPU

4GB or 8GB of ram

500GB or 640GB or 750GB HDD

intel HD or nVidia GPU

DVD or Blu-Ray drive

yours might not include the nVidia graphics

Can you put a cover on top of the cover itself? Or is just taking the cover off and exchanging it for another? Just curious because I bought one with the non exchangeable cover and I find the monitor to be a bit thin by itself. I thought it would be thicker. Are they all like that? I don't care so much about exchanging the cover I just think the monitor is a little thin and prone to accidents later on.

@MaxxHetfield To switch over to the 1gb gt525m right click on the desktop and click on the Nvidia control panel, then on the left hand side click manage 3d settings, under the global settings there should be a drop down menu under 'preferred graphics processor' click 'high-performance Nvidia processor' and the click apply and your done
