@msgodschild86 i would try eyes lips face cosmetics.. they have an eye primer thats only a dollar and another one i think for 3.. and it works well!! i dont have oily lids but it stays.. other wise maybe try a primer then a mac paint pot or even nyx jumbo pencils.. the milk shade really makes your colors pop also!

Can you do a tut on how to use the FF Survival Paint? I've tried it, but it's greasy and heavy. When I added color on top, the FFSP just absorbed it no matter how much color I patted on. And it made the e/s darker like it was wet.
