Oh, we still use them for people from time to time, according to how it's written in a law book (probably written by democratic females) and in 10th Mountain 1st BCT 2-22 we only use are whooping mass of eight shotguns for are whole battalion.

Protection from a tyrannical government is by the vote, you cannot loose that right, and it is what protects you. But I guess a country born through violence is bound to live in violence until the day it destroys itself.
