The Library of Congress Web exhibition "Religion and the Founding of the American Republic." It states: The Continental Congress "... contained an extraordinary number of deeply religious men...." and goes on to say that "though the Articles of Confederation didn't officially authorize Congress to concern itself with religion...the citizenry did not object" to their efforts to encourage religious practice because "the public considered it appropriate."
If Huckabee is dumb enough to get historical propoganda from David Barton, no wonder he is surprised ... no one has heard it before! Except Barton. Huckabee is looking like a real dork by getting aligned with Barton.

similar thing happened with me...I didn't expect to like Barton's video, but when I started watching I couldn't stop! Really good stuff.
