Hi Farah! I heard Lavender oil is great to for your hair. Since rose and lavender are both apart of the flower/plant group. Anyways I thought you know since it is wayyy cheaper to buy lavender oil than buying roses all the time... Might be a good alternative :)

@SoNiii37 the thing is nothing can make ur hair grow faster tho... its supposed to, but yes, things like biotin do her strengthen ur hair n make it healthier, n then it will grow faster. as opposed to when it was unhealthy.. biotin is instant for ur hair but if u don't want to take supplements, u can always take natural forms of it like peanuts..

@SoNiii37 Adding to what alexisxnathen said, supplements and hair treatments do make your hair grow STRONGER, but nothing -including trimming your hair- makes it grow FASTER. What happens is the stronger your hair is (or the less split ends it has), the less it breaks off or comes out on a daily basis, therefore your hair appears to be growing faster. If your body hair is already thick (if you shave/wax/etc, then I assume it is), I doubt it will do much.

Awesome video! I am so gonna try the rose water treatment asap! Also, Folic Acid is great for hair growth from what I have heard. I take 800mcg. That is the MAXIMUM that u wanna take of that though, unless ur preggers:). Minimum is 400mcg, which is the usual amount that is in a multivitamin. I just take an extra 400mcg supplement in addition to my multivitamin. Hope this helps!
