dil ke phapholey jal gaye....the couplet was also sung by k l saigal as prelude to "andhey ki lathi...".it is by a famous poet. who was it?

Dil ke phaphole jal uthay seene ke dagh se,

iss ghar ko aag lag gai ghar ke chiragh se.

This couplet was reportedly written and recited at a mushaira by a 12 year old boy. Soon after this boy was burnt to death when his house caught fire.
