dumb asses every style is good, depends on the fighter
if god did judo he would be good
if bruce lee did bjj he would be good
if jesuse did combat sambo he would be good
if bill gates did muay thai he would suck... actually donno about that
but the point is you guys that are thinking one "way" of fighting is better than the other are just close minded ignorant people, my current teacher always say to keep a "white belt mentality"
he says "just shut the fuck up and listen" it may be hard..
Hey, stop talkin shit, they are not PRO like k1fighter. Just like you guys, normal people who go back to work after tornament (weekends). They are not strong like k1 guys but, strong enough to beat your ass!
So stop talking and try to fight this tornament. Chiken shit!!
think your find that Kyokushin accepted a challenge from thailand and mas oyama sent his best guy and he pwned the muay-thai guys ass!!! fuckin ignorant chuck liddel cock sucka
no kyokushin karate lad would stand a chance under mt rules since they cant punch.Any whove come into k1 for example needed lots of boxing coaching before being competive.Hug,feitosa ,filho, shilt, mushashi etc
@DuskVampyre whoa man whats with the hate on Chuck? He actually started with karate so i dont know where that came from. if youre talking to that DremDC guy i get what youre saying. some people have no respect, but dont hate on the guys that do.
wow these two karate fighters are very tough. look at that leg kicks and chest punches some guys just have no idea what it feels like to be hit like that.. a bare knuckle punch in the chest & head is like you are being hit by a hammer. kick to the head are not that painful compared to a knuckle punch.
LOL Unless you actually are a fighter you have no idea. If you listen you'll hear the hits. You don't have that in Tae Kwon Do. Trained Oyama for 8 years

TKD fighters, as per statistics, win more fights than any other style, on the street. Maybe correlation, not causation, more TKD stylists? Maybe due to full contact, non-stop head and body gear, training? not like stupid points tournaments.
Hmmm, all the TKD fighters that came to our tournaments lost.. Also i know plenty of Oyama Fighter/practitioners who usually won a street fight in less then 3 moves. I know them. So I guess we can agree to disagree.
I am just citing the stats for street fights, TKD won more than any other style, simply, TKD can and does fight, I was training kyokushin-kai, wado and TKD in my prime, and the TKD blended better with the KK than the wado, hands up, full round-house kicks, "jab/cross"
Sorry, my comment was wrong and maybe Oyama fighters or other styles, learn the first rule of fighting, "learn to avoid a fight" :-) I'm an Oyama practitioner or should i say was cause I do it on my own most times. Great to see other Oyama fighters here.. you seen Soshu and his sons demo?? thats cool...
When did world Oyama start to use a circular tatami? I tought that it was only the enshin style who used that, and that all the other knockdown styles still used square ones.

depends how its done
a reverse punch to the floating rib could be fatal while a roundhouse to the head would just knock you out

More TKD fighters win in street fights only because TKD is the most popular martial art in the world. More practitioners = more fights = more wins.
Besides, it's the individual's training and proficiency rather than the art that matters.
