Newsreaders have autocues and actors have scripts but regular people on YouTube talking into webcams deserve to be cut a bit more slack.

That said, filled pauses ARE distracting, and obviously constructive criticism is a good thing. Not trying to start any fights here... just being a linguistics nerd :P
