@water4fuelh20 -- Actually, on a 12-volt system, the charge controller will charge the batteries to over 14 volts before shutting off. A full charge on a 12-volt battery is about 14.5 volts. He has his panels in parallel and he is charging 12-volt batteries. Solar panels for a 12-volt system can put out more than 20 volts. It just depends on the type of solar panel. The charge controller then regulates that power to the batteries.
You said with all those panels you have a 175-watt system. It would have been much easier to buy one 200-watt panel that you can buy for about $300. It would have required a lot less wiring and connections.
nice set up, for about the same as you pay for one of those harbor frieght kits you could get you atess a 60watt panel. my habor frieght kit sucks ass now. maybe i just got a lemon. and they are about 2 years old. anyway keep it up.
if you want to get another 30% efficiency get an MPPT charge controller. those sunforce controllers use PWM. while not a bad thing honestly since PWM will desulfate a battery. i like to hook my little 7 amp sunforce up every once in a while.
MPPT or maximum power point tracking will calculate how many volts it can convert into amps and dumps as much power as it can into the batteries. PWM just converts the cell voltage to 13.* and dumps it into the batts.

You asked for suggestions. There may be significant loss between panels and shed. Consider building a 'doghouse' at the panel array to house the batteries and inverter. Then, cable your AC from there. Cleaning up all wiring would be a good idea too, including using good, solid clamps at all low voltage splices. Fuses where appropriate would be good too. Good to use exact-same batteries in bank too (same age too). Great assembly of hardware; just needs spiffing-up. Enjoyed video.

I am adding stuff all the time. GOOGLE.. 250 watt small grid tie inverter, by sun. I got it on e-bay for $139.00
You hook it up straight to the panel output and plug it into an outlet. . It puts ac back in to the house.. I havent generated enough yet to make the meter go backward, but Im close. I also am adding a 125 watt panel. Ill make another video and post it.
James, Virtually silent! When the fan comes on it does have "fan" sound, but no fan is completely silent. Thermostat controlled. Its a Pure sine wave Inverter. I have not had the least problem at all with it.
Just out curious, how loud is the inverter when it's running? Thinking of putting one in a utility room in the house, but it's off the bedroom and I'm not sure how much noise the inverter will make...
