@thezombiekills To paraphrase Nicholas Schreck, that's a problem of semantics. I personally don't like to use the word magick for a couple of reasons: 1. I don't like to be associated with Crowley or Thelema, and 2. I consider magick to be a spiritual practice, and I don't believe in or support spiritual concepts. The type of witchcraft that I practice takes after Anton LaVey's "Satanic magic," as outlined in the Satanic Bible. When LaVey talks about magic, it is spelled without a "k."

@AtticusStount First of all, I'm a huge fan of the Satanic Bible, even though I'm not a Satanist. My view is this: practicing magic without a fully-developed adult brain can be chaotic and dangerous. One of the biggest pitfalls in magic is going insane, and children are at greater risk of developing magical delusions. If I had kids, I definitely wouldn't teach them how to use magic. I'm not even sure if teenagers should practice magic. I started when I was 21.

I've done much research and have looked into witchcraft with a completely unbiased attitude and a inquisitively in-depth insightful mind and to be honest...... the most it can do is command ghosts, spirits and various entities to do things for people in this mundane world and does not go beyond that. When it comes to upgrading ones wisdom and understanding of The Cosmos at higher levels I'd say this practice doesn't have many layers to explore and lacks complexity and inner depth. quite shallow
