Isn't it interesting how when we found this store the first time, we thought that the black sesame ice cream would probably be gross... but as time went by we realized we had a new quest: to taste the black sesame. I sure am glad that we could FIND this store, because we spent a fairly good amount of time going back and forth looking for it. It was one more wonderful experiential NOW moment relegated to our memories of Shirakawa-Go.
