@DPinezka Grunge is a form of rock n roll bastard. For people the name "alternative/hard rock" wasn't enough, so few persons called it grunge, but it's rock music. By the way, if you know how grunge sounds, then you should know later Nirvana's recordings were, and are alternative rock, not grunge. What grunge they did is the Bleach and early demos. Grunge is heavy, oldschool and dirty, not like the ideal, pure, clear, heavy and poppy Nevermind or noisy and heavy, but still alternative In Utero.
