I just bought a new 2009 v6 pony package.

Looks like you spent a lot of money, why not just get a gt v8 in the first place.

Wahoo, finally got mine in. Check out my video if you want. Actually got to really only drive it for about 4 hours and then had to take it back so they could ship it to the place where they will put the stripes and spoilers on. It will be about 2 days before I get it back. Will be posting new a video then.

Well I finally ordered mine yesterday. I opted for the GT...Black with Silver stripes, Hood scoop, Roush chin spoiler and Roush rear end spoiler. Also changed the slip differential for quicker starts. That was 100 dollar charge...just wondering how much of a difference that means say in a 0-60 time. Get it June 18.....reason I went V8 was the dealship only charged me 500 over invoice so all this ended up at about 27,500....I will post some vids once I get it back from adding SLP's on it.

Drove both today and actually for a V6 was pretty impressed with the ride. Now just to make a decision.

First V6 I really liked the sound of. I am ordering mine in June and am debating on the 6 vs 8....I also like the hood scoop. Have you had any regrets on getting the 6?

No regrets, I'm 18 so it helped me on insurance. I would enjoy a v8, but i would not enjoy the high insurance rates.

Heck I'm 27 and still wouldnt like the insurance rates. I pay $985 for 6 months here in Florida with a clean record!
