Well guys it is yellow for the Sinestro Corps, because Yellow represents "Fear" and in some green lantern comics it will mention that the sinestro corps actually tried recruiting him because he could instill fear into those around him as you should know. It is the opposite of the Green Lantern Corps which is represented by "Will" I just thought I would help clarify that for everyone it is the only way it actually makes since but it is a really good skin. Its my favorite out of all of them.

@NJ4l1fe At the start of the Sinestro Corps War, a ring latched onto Batman and made him a Yellow Lantern, though he had a blue suit based off of Sinestro's pre-Sinestro Corps suit, this one is based on the toy I think.

The reson he is yellow is because after sinestro was banished from the green lantern corps he took the embodiment of fear and forged it into a yellow ring. With this he created the sinestro corps or the yellow lantern corps. the only thing that kind of sux is that u dont get anything special, like specificgadgets, or in sinestro batmans case some osrt of ring based power to coincide with his new costume. i mean he even gets a ring he should be able to shoot soomething out of it or something,mabey generating a sheild or gaining increased streangth and a better detective mode or something when he terifies his opponents, afterall as being a sinestro corps member, he now gets stronger the more fear he invokes
