Alternate Keying Method PT1

hi one thing,

If i were to have 2 people shooting at each other then used a time freeze effect then how would i use ur alternate keying to get a run trail of a 3rd person running between the 2 people as if he's blocxking/catching a bullet then when hes out the frame you resume time?
