I dont think this was a blank cus he would have said something. Im 14 when i took my hunters safety course the instructor passed around a gun with a bullet in the chamber but i was a blank and the lesson was to never put our finger on the trigger until ready to fire and sure enough one of the kids pulled the trigger and bang! He was DEA, not a police officer. They just wear police on the front of their shirts to avoid confusion when they take enforcement action. This guy should have been fired immediately, but instead he kept his job and eventually sued the DEA because he was embarrased.
