Sholazar Basin is easily my favorite zone of all right next to Stranglethorn Vale and Nagrand. The main reason I love Sholazar so much is the fact that it has, not only the newest Nesingwary quests, it has some very unique creatures. Like, my personal favorite, Loque'nahak the spirit beast cat. He is a rare elite that stalks the Basin waiting for easy prey. He is truely a magnificient beast to behold, as his mouth and eyes glow blue. I'm proud to say that I found and tamed him with my BM hunter.

Well ... the North pool is just a big ice cube floating in water ... south pool is a big amout of ice on land ... so would be hard of a palmtree to grow on a gaint ice cube ... but still NORTHrend is in the north on the map -,-

well actually this is just a portion of northrend. The rest is basically covered in ice, which means this zone is a plus for me. I also see no reason why arthas would be walking there unless he was unleashing some scourge, but other than that, ice crown's mountains make a clear but realistic border between ice and jungle. BUT, yea when i first saw it i was like, " that doesn't fit ". though after seeing basically nothing but snow for questing, i liked it.

It is good for some variation and not just ice and snow ... but it doesnt fit Northrend in anny way xD seriously there are 100 kinds of landscape that would be good for variation but would fit alot better thana big tropical rainforrest with girafes

This is considered an anomoly in Azeroth, but the reason being is that the Titans created this place as a haven for all living thing, basically meaning that it cant really be affected by something simply like the cold.
