and the other thing, i was told by a dietician specializing in the liver that all those protiens such as say 250 and up was actually harmful you ones liver over time.
These guys know what they are talking about. I did the exact same thiing and ate shit loads of meats and protiens and i was just getting fat and on top of it it extremely taxing on the stomach to digest the ridicualous amount of protein- i got gas, diarrahea etc. RESPECT To these guys

@remoney It depends, if its white pasta then no but if its whole grain your fine, keep the portions low though. Add some chicken breast on there too you get your slow digesting carbs and good lean protein.

i have a serious question, how can i make my metabolism faster? cause it used to be fast, and then i started taking protein shakes, creatine and a bunch of other shit, and it slowed my metabolism so bad. i was 150 last april, now im 190, and dont feel too comfortable at this weight, i want to be like at 175. i exercise, eat healthy, and lift weights daily, but nothing is working. i feel like im just continuing to gain weight. which is a problem, cause now i have to buy a whole new wardrobe, lol
@BREAKTHECODE2222009 if you dont care ill share what i think,, the more muscle you have the faster the metabolism is. so if not alot of the 190 is muscle then your metabolism will be slower then it would be if most of it was muscle if that makes sence haha. If i was you, i would cut back on the protein to once or twice a week after a hard workout, then get all your other protein sources from nautral seeds and nuts. If you need to only take anything else, take a pre work out too.
