I actually have a mole next to my mouth which is why I put it in my work since childhood. It's a nice touch. Painting came out wonderfully, but if you really wanted to do something about that pink section you pointed to, you could possibly add another swirl of colorful hair. A smaller one... but I think imperfection speaks well in art. gorgeous piece.
