Great groove man. I see you play all kinds of set ups, but which one do you like or play the most. I'm having trouble finding out which set up suits me the best. Mostly I can't choose between 5 piece with 2 rack toms or 5 piece with two floor toms. Any tips?

P.S. sorry about my grammar...I'm from Croatia :D

@Bullet3607 thanks man, my favourite setup it a 4 piece with one rack. i like playing with more cymbals so in that set up i will generally have hats, ride, 2-3 crashes, 2 splashes, china, stack and maybe another set of hats

when you baught your kit how much was it and did it come with skins and cymbal stands??

@weresam1 hey mate i got everything separately (shells, hardware, skins etc) i think all the shells ended up costing me around 3 grand maybe 4 grand all up

@beardrummer7 at the time of the video i was playing mainly zildjian a customs and k's (i play all sabian now :) i was using clear emperors on the toms and a coated emp on the snare. power stroke 3 on the kick

@jimmy21217 hey mate that china is actually a 16" wuhan! i just got a 19" sabian paragon china and its sounds much the same - trashy, short decay... both very nice china's. sub to this new channel mate you can hear and see both of these there. cheers

How do you tune the bass and did you use anything for muffling? Looks like you've got something through the port hole but I can't be for sure...

@carlosinfl I like my bass drum pretty low... the lugs are pretty much finger tight. i have one pillow in there that just rests up against both head lightly

Bro,the kit sounds and looks great! Nice chops as well! How do you like the "12x8" tom as compared to deeper cut shells? I play Reference series as well and am thinking about getting a 12" drum just not sure how deep i want to go yet. Looking at the "12x8" though. Thanks.

@DrewDrums777 i love the shorter cut toms. i wanted a 12x6 and a 10x5 but reference didn't make them so i got just the 12x8... it looks better than the 9... depending on what other rack toms you have i would pic a depth that suits the others

@rowdyfish Thanks for the comment. All the specs on the shells including dimensions and wood type etc are in the description part to this vid. Birch on the smaller drums then they introduce maple then mahogany on the larger drums, floors and kicks etc
