Mother's Milk formula actually works good too. That, and when they are still little like that, to help them use the bathroom, you gotta take a warm paper towel and dab his *coughcough* private parts *coughcough* so he can use the bathroom right.

We use to raise orphan rabbits, we had to do the same thing. The kitten is very lucky to have found you. The kitten just want to stay on your lap though! No! I don't like the box!

I used that same brand bottle kit too save my abandoned kitten! Though I found that using the small, slender 'nipple' in the pack made it easier for her to feed.
And yeah, the gentle rubbing of their little bottoms and privates with a warm cloth is a must. I didn't know I had to do the bottom too, and she became stopped up :(
She is alive and well now though, three years later.
