@D33gtr1 i haven't worked with that specific model, but the genaral rule is. if the upper body is metal, it will work, if it's plastic it won't. but they may have changed it. i would just try. to knock the pins out and try ;)

In some of the plastic models it is true, Just try to remove the pins and try, they are pretty tough
