Sadly there isnt many of them about. And the older ones will be looking to retire fairley soon and there doesnt seem to be any budding stars at the moment.... None that would entertain me anyway..

He has taken so many talented superstars like Booker T, Nash, Randy Orton and John Cena and make all of them look like shit and make the fans hate them, John Cena was pretty much the top star in the WWE untill he stood in the ring with HHH for the first time...and because triple h is a legend and been in the buisness a long time he is the more respected guy, thus the crowd is firmly behind him. I personally have never ever got tired of watching HHH.the "you cant wrestle" chants come from the One Night Stand ECW event they did a few years back, when alot of the wrestlers had hositatlity towards them. Cena can wrestle he just has a limited move set. He isnt particularly charismatic all he does is shout alot. SD is a family show Raw has more adult content thats why the chants have stopped because they can cut it out

@gettinglost65 - Ive seen DVDS on YT of HHH were he said that back in the 90's Vince at first didnt like what HHH and DX were doing because the company kept getting complaints about the what was happening on the shows. Things like them swearing,showing there arses to the camera. Which made it difficult for them to do what they wanted too but they still did it. Even after getting told off by Vince .But Vince noticed the popularity of the show and eventually let DX do what they wanted.

At one time McMahon really liked Bret and vice versa. The same can't be said of Kurt Angle. I guess we will just have to wait and see what happens.
@igloogenius Well, after Owen died the Hart family basically had Vince by the balls. They had him in a wrongful death suit which later was settled. In that deal Bret was able to be in the Hall of Fame and come back in a storyline where he could leave in a much better light.

As for Sammartino, Vince has reached out to him several times about the HOF, but Bruno basically wants (and feels he deserves) a large payday out of it. Vince will bring ANYONE back in if he thinks its good for business and makes money. Just look at Brett, Hogan, SABLE, Bishoff, and the list goes on and on. He brings them in, makes money off them.

@jfearless1 Search on YouTube for Bruno Sammartino and Hall of Fame (or HOF) and you should be able to find a few interviews Bruno has given on the topic. granted it's "his" side of the story. My take on it though is that Bruno wants a big payday, feeling that its not a real HOF without him in it and that non-wrestlers get big bucks (Tyson for example) , while Vince won't shell out the big numbers for him.
I watched this interview and the phrase "The teapot calling the kettle black" came to mind. They both "suck." I think Triple H was jealous of John Cena. The thing is it is not about wrestling ability that makes you great in the wwe; otherwise, guys like Kurt Angle, Jack Swagger, Charlie Haas, Shelton Benjamin, and Brock Lesnar would have dominated and sold out arenas. I am sure that when WCW was sold to Vince that there was some type of deal made that Bischoff would be hired. I think that was a package deal. Bischoff probably just was waiting to make his entrance. I think Ric Flair owning half of the WWE was also part of the deal. So as you can see Vince hiring Bischoff post WCW doesn't really show that Vince was very forgiving. It was business.

Sadly there isnt many of them about. And the older ones will be looking to retire fairley soon and there doesnt seem to be any budding stars at the moment.... None that would entertain me anyway..

I hate triple H! He has taken so many talented superstars like Booker T, Nash, Randy Orton and John Cena and make all of them look like shit and make the fans hate them, John Cena was pretty much the top star in the WWE untill he stood in the ring with HHH for the first time...and because triple h is a legend and been in the buisness a long time he is the more respected guy, thus the crowd is firmly behind him. Then triple h says "your not a good wrestler" and the crowd chants you cant wrestle.

I personally have never ever got tired of watching HHH.the "you cant wrestle" chants come from the One Night Stand ECW event they did a few years back, when alot of the wrestlers had hositatlity towards them. Cena can wrestle he just has a limited move set. He isnt particularly charismatic all he does is shout alot. SD is a family show Raw has more adult content thats why the chants have stopped because they can cut it out

@gettinglost65 - Ive seen DVDS on YT of HHH were he said that back in the 90's Vince at first didnt like what HHH and DX were doing because the company kept getting complaints about the what was happening on the shows. Things like them swearing,showing there arses to the camera. Which made it difficult for them to do what they wanted too but they still did it. Even after getting told off by Vince .But Vince noticed the popularity of the show and eventually let DX do what they wanted.

@igloogenius Perhaps, but I think McMahon might have either felt guilty about everything that he had done to the Hart family or there was some legal pressure to make McMahon call a truce with Bret. At one time McMahon really liked Bret and vice versa. The same can't be said of Kurt Angle. I guess we will just have to wait and see what happens.

@igloogenius Well, after Owen died the Hart family basically had Vince by the balls. They had him in a wrongful death suit which later was settled. In that deal Bret was able to be in the Hall of Fame and come back in a storyline where he could leave in a much better light.

As for Sammartino, Vince has reached out to him several times about the HOF, but Bruno basically wants (and feels he deserves) a large payday out of it. Vince will bring ANYONE back in if he thinks its good for business and makes money. Just look at Brett, Hogan, SABLE, Bishoff, and the list goes on and on. He brings them in, makes money off them.

As far as bringing back Hogan and Bischoff it is hard to say if that wasn't somehow part of the deal when Vince bought WCW. There probably was a deal made where they had to come back if they were bought out. Bret had Vince by the balls when Owen died. The Harts sued the WWE. Out of it they made a deal which included the Bret/McMahon storyline. Sable probably slept w him.

My take on it though is that Bruno wants a big payday, feeling that its not a real HOF without him in it and that non-wrestlers get big bucks (Tyson for example) , while Vince won't shell out the big numbers for him.

I watched this interview and the phrase "The teapot calling the kettle black" came to mind. They both "suck." I think Triple H was jealous of John Cena. The thing is it is not about wrestling ability that makes you great in the wwe; otherwise, guys like Kurt Angle, Jack Swagger, Charlie Haas, Shelton Benjamin, and Brock Lesnar would have dominated and sold out arenas. His work ethic isn't that great for a professional wrestler since his wrestling ability and moveset is about the same as it was 5years ago, whilst other wrestlers have added and improved their in-ring ability (Morrison, Miz & Punk come to mind). The fact that he does PR stuff shows he represents WWE not that he does it well. How would you know if he's nice and why would that matter?!

Allow me to demonstrate: Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant, Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, Ultimate Warrior. What do they all have in common? None of the them know/knew how to wrestle. Kurt Angle, Jack Swagger, Charlie Haas, Shelton Benjamin. What do they all have in common? Great wrestlers but will never make the hall of fame and never would have been able to represent the WWE.

I am sure that when WCW was sold to Vince that there was some type of deal made that Bischoff would be hired. I think that was a package deal. Bischoff probably just was waiting to make his entrance. I think Ric Flair owning half of the WWE was also part of the deal. So as you can see Vince hiring Bischoff post WCW doesn't really show that Vince was very forgiving. It was business.

But lemme put it like this way, I doubt Vince would ever put emotions before business. Inducting a popular superstar like Kurt into the HoF would be good publicity for WWE before Wrestlemania, and good publicity would help business. I doubt Vince would give up an opportunity like that, because he's pissed of at someone (which he's actually not).

HHH, as the heel, was supposed to get the fans to cheer Cena, and they were hating Cena at the time. So what does the ever professional HHH do?

@19Somebody85 Evan Bourne can. Jeff Hardy can. Matt Hardy can. The Great Khali can. The Ultimate Warrior can. Hell, Hulk Hogan can sell better than Cena. And I mean current Hogan. Anyone can sell better than Cena. Cena literally gets his ass whooped every single match, pops up, hits his 6 moves and wins. Sometimes he gets stopped mid-third move but he will eventually hit all 6 moves.

@joekerr251 You obviously have no idea what selling a move is if you think Khali can do it. Yeah, Cena jumps up and does his finish routine but that is the scripted ending. What I'm talking about is how he actually takes the move. There's very few people who take a move as realistically as Cena. For the record Evan Bourne oversells moves almost as bad as The Rock used to.

Cena had a lot of great matches, which means he's a great performer as well, watch his match with HBK, he wasn't carried, since HBK gets beaten up the whole match just like him. Being a great wrestler is different from being a great performer. HHH is a better wrestler than Cena, but WAS a better performer.
