I think Patrick Fitzgerald went with the prosecutions for which he had good evidence. His decision did not turn on the "intent" issue at all.

What's really sad is that this criminal is going around on every channel laughing in our faces saying hey I did it. I commited war crimes, I outed a CIA agent who's going to touch me. The sad thing about it is that the democrats in congress have no balls not one. It's really sad what this country has turn into..
