I have 7month old twin grandson that I watch during the week for 10 hours and i'm worthless by the time they leave. Twins are worth everything thing they put you through like no sleep, wanting attention, one going one way while the other one go the other way. lol
If anyone is interested in seeing them type brotherly love ib search. Anyway these two are precious. And

Hmmm. You are going to hear a lot of tips so two that we discovered on our own were: use a hairdryer on a low setting to dry their bum after diaper changes (they love it), and warm a recieving blanket in the dryer to swaddle them to get them to fall asleep on their own (worked for us around week 6).
The biggest tip of all - we had a wonderful lactation consultant who even came over on stressful nights - she was worth every penny.
