"Race" has been an issue in Malaysia and this advertisement shows that race is not an issue for kids or even when we are young, why it has became an issue when we grew so much older?

The sincerity of Hong Ming (the Chinese boy) and Umi (the Malay girl) shows how simple "LOVE" can be around us and no barrier between races... ...

They weren't acting. The producers went round to primary schools interviewing pairs/groups of children whose best friend(s) is/are of a different race. Around 3 interview clips were selected for the TV commercials. So it was all entirely spontaneous! I don't think the kids even realised that they would be on national TV, jaw-dropping moments and all.
