I'm not english, I generally can understand well but he has a weird accent it's a bit difficult to get everything he says .

Thanks for posting this!!! I drove 3 hrs to attend this interview & sat 6 ft from him....a real thrill for me. He was even more charming, funny & intelligent than I expected.
